這個 Skill 是什麼？

把 PDF 工作拆成讀取、頁面操作與產生文件等流程，依文件類型選擇工具，而非只對內容做摘要。

• 整理研究報告的重點與頁碼。
• 合併附件、拆出指定頁面或調整方向。
• 從掃描文件辨識文字，再核對表格與數值。

如何使用

1. 提供 PDF 與頁碼範圍，說明需要讀取或產生什麼。
2. 請 Agent 先辨識文字型或掃描型文件，再選擇擷取或 OCR。
3. 檢查頁數、表格與關鍵數字，將結果另存新檔。

實務

從 scan.pdf 第 3–8 頁擷取表格到 CSV，保留頁碼欄；標記辨識不確定的儲存格，不要猜數字。

What is this skill?

Separate reading, page operations and document creation so an agent selects a suitable PDF workflow instead of merely summarizing text.

Use cases and when to use it

• Review research with page references.
• Merge attachments, select pages or fix rotation.
• Extract scanned text and check tables.

How to use it

1. Provide the PDF, page range and output goal.
2. Have the agent identify scanned versus selectable text before choosing extraction or OCR.

Beginner

Use the PDF skill to give five findings from report.pdf with page references. Identify unreadable pages.

Practical

Merge appendix-a.pdf then appendix-b.pdf, preserve both inputs and report the output page count and spot checks.

Advanced

Extract tables on pages 3–8 of scan.pdf into CSV with a page column. Flag uncertain cells; do not invent numbers.

Tips

• Ask for page references beside important numbers.

Limitations

• Scan quality, fonts and cross-page tables can defeat extraction; OCR is not a correctness guarantee.

• Review sources/dependencies and process only authorized data; keep credentials, personal data and session state out of prompts and public outputs.
